In this sense, the training of trainers for the development of talent is oriented from a perspective of deepening knowledge, articulated with community, national, regional and international contexts, adjusted to the transformations and changes that society is experiencing
In this area the modules, talent and artificial intelligence are touched. Talent and climate change. Talent, science, technology and communication. Talent and finance. Talent and arts. With digital mode and audience to reach as many people as possible
The aim of the project is to develop talents for future development in a particular field.

I have been the winner of two national research awards: Entrepreneurial teacher and Teacher encouragement.
In both papers were presented in the area of Mathematics and Physics, which were put into practice participating groups of young people who changed their attitude toward science. There was a highly signifucative performance. Achieving the participation of young people in Science and Technology events. Product of all this experience was made a book called "The Research Work", of which I am the author. And it is used in pre- and post-graduate research work
